What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive business development efforts within the assigned region through a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and rep companies
- Deliver technical and commercial support for complex projects, including product training
- Represent the employer at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Monitor and analyze key projects, market trends, and competitor activity to communicate insights to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in Business Administration, Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Project Management, or a related field required
- At least 3+ years of manufacturing sales management experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 75% annually based on business and customer needs
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with various sales prospects/customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with or knowledge of hydronic balancing valves and HVAC flow control
- Experience in product training and presentations to customers
- Proven, consistent experience meeting company sales quotas and objectives
