What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Western United States to achieve market share growth and maximize sales revenue
- Support channel partners and distributors in optimizing their focus to align with strategic business objectives
- Provide regular performance updates and revisions to sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain an opportunity funnel and forecast for business and project sales in the assigned region
- Train local sales personnel on products and assist with objection handling and selling strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a relevant technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a regional sales manager with increasing responsibility
- Willingness to travel 50%
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and database applications
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and access export-controlled information
