What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, including recruiting and training new talent
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the non-agency mortgage market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and key partners to expand market presence
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, focusing on non-agency products
- Proven track record of managing and leading a successful sales team
- Deep understanding of wholesale mortgage products, particularly non-agency loans
- Strong leadership and people management skills
