What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and maintain existing relationships focused on NGC wind products and services
- Collaborate with various departments to satisfy emerging opportunities in the designated region
- Communicate customer requirements and expectations effectively
- Increase sales activity through calls, promotional efforts, and training activities
- Report activities and forecasts to executive management through various media
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of experience in regional sales management within the wind energy sector
- Strong customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft® Office
- Minimum acceptable travel of 48 days per year, or 20% of working days
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong background in wind gearing
- General knowledge of marketing fundamentals
- Experience with developing and tracking project leads
- Familiarity with key accounts management in the wind energy industry
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the energy sector
