      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular store visits to assess standards, metrics, and personnel performance
      - Oversee all hiring and firing processes for management-level store personnel
      - Drive company initiatives and develop strategies to address market opportunities
      - Hold meetings to evaluate core sales metrics and coach store teams on growth strategies
      - Manage P&L performance for all stores in the market, collaborating with store leadership on improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Science/Arts or Business Administration with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent
      - 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
      - Willingness to travel up to 80%
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
      - Proven analytical ability to manage business operations and develop strategic plans
