What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets
- Implement strategies for Health and Medical Advanced Wound Care products in Acute Care settings
- Coach and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to enhance business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of medical device sales leadership experience with knowledge of GPO contracting and IDN health systems
- Proven ability to develop business plans and manage CRM systems effectively
- Excellent relationship-building skills with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and GPS Sales Processes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong organizational and time management skills

- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in high-stakes negotiations and strategic discussions
