What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve set sales goals for the assigned manufacturing plant
- Develop new business relationships while maintaining existing ones
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries
- Conduct measuring and site visits as needed
- Collaborate with the National Sales Representative on account management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the State of Illinois
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers, both internally and externally
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to present information effectively in various settings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong social media presence that enhances professional networking
- Experience managing regional accounts valued up to $1M
- Familiarity with building quotes and placing orders in the HVAC context
- Track record of ownership over revenue goals and performance metrics
- Engagement in peer groups, training, and continuous professional development
