      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide in-store support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives
      - Develop relationships with store managers and associates for effective communication and support
      - Build and maintain merchandising displays, ensuring compliance with planograms
      - Conduct product sales training and demonstrate equipment to store personnel and customers
      - Gather and analyze market data to present solutions and drive sales growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
      - Must reside within the assigned territory
      - Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships internally and externally
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn in-house software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in CRM data management
      - Familiarity with industries that have shown significant growth in sales, such as agricultural equipment or power tools
      - Ability to lift 40-50 lbs for setting up displays at events
      - Willingness to travel extensively, including possible weekends during peak events
