What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed established sales goals within the assigned territory
- Gain a clear understanding of the employer's diverse Group products and the brokerage community
- Support new sales initiatives to enhance sales of existing products and develop new offerings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products
- Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry, including products and marketing practices
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
