What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and supervision to Account Sales Specialists/Reps in the designated territory
- Manage payroll and timekeeping processes for sales representatives, including expense management
- Ensure successful execution of company programs to maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain effective working relationships with store management and vendor partners
- Travel as needed for route coverage and company events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in the grocery industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed, including out-of-town business
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends

- Experience in sales and/or merchandising
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to plan, align, and optimize work processes for continuous improvement
