What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team to achieve sales quota attainment and implement sales best practices
- Guide and support direct reports in their development to meet revenue goals
- Participate in the hiring, interviewing, and training of new team members
- Manage performance metrics for the sales team and develop monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct weekly reviews of sales activities and provide constructive feedback and coaching
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of web-based technology and its impact on business operations
- Ability to effectively communicate with business owners, C-level executives, and HR managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Chorus
- Familiarity with software and systems related to sales processes
- Strong client-centric focus with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
