      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deliver training solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization
      - Conduct field visits with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback
      - Develop training and marketing communication plans to assess and enhance representative skills
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and align plans with business objectives
      - Provide candid feedback to improve performance and support stakeholder alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience
      - Strong understanding of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products
      - Proven ability to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales representatives and management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer
      - Experience in training and development, preferably in a sales environment
      - Strong coaching, presentation, and facilitation skills
      - Project management experience in a matrixed organization
      - Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
