      Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

      • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

      • Leads, guides, and directs multiple HR Managers within a region or sub-region to ensure the effective and consistent delivery of HR practices.

      • Performs ongoing assessment of team member effectiveness, skills and capabilities; identifies development opportunities and strategies to close development gaps; and, timely addresses performance and/or behavioral issues.

      • Establishes and maintains the regional framework for HR operations in alignment with business objectives, global HR strategy, local employment law, and labor agreements.

      • Ensures HR policies, programs, and procedures are implemented and administered correctly and consistently throughout the region; align efforts across site level HR resources.

      • Partners with leaders to surface and resolve sensitive and/or complex HR issues within the region; advise leaders on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.

      • In coordination with Talent Acquisition, partners with regional talent acquisition resources to optimize quality of hire and time to fill.

      • Approves written Associate actions including performance improvement plans, progressive discipline and termination; seek additional review from Legal as needed.

      • Monitors collective bargaining, grievance and disciplinary activity across the region; leads resolution of negotiations/cases that are highly sensitive and/or complex (where applicable).

      • Approves compensation and benefits decisions (e.g., expatriate relocation/perquisites) within the region, evaluating recommendations based on internal equity and adherence to corporate-wide policy.

      • Builds workforce capability through regional delivery of learning and development programs in collaboration with the COE; work with HR Talent Partner(s) to confirm that programs reflect the talent priorities of the Product Category(ies).

      • Analyzes HR reporting and metrics to gauge the quality of Associate experience as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery; detects and addresses trends that suggest a potential HR risk/concern (e.g., turnover, diversity and inclusion).

      • Creates a culture of continuous improvement, acts as a steward of data accuracy and integrity, is a champion and protector of the HR brand.

      • Works closely with HR Operations, HR Talent Partners and Centers of Excellence to create a seamless experience for Associates and managers.

      • Recommends modifications to HR policies, procedures and programs based on anticipated changes to regional employment laws, labor agreements and the business environment.

      • Reinforces the use of HR technology, tools and processes among leaders to drive self-service and centralized transactions; enforce compliance as necessary.

      • Drives accountability within the region for secure, rigorous record-keeping practices and HR transaction procedures.

      • Collaborates with external parties (agencies, attorneys, labor relations specialists, Works Council) to support investigation/employment litigation activities within the region.

      • Leads activities associated with special projects within the region such as integration of mergers/acquisition and reduction in force; subject matter expert (SME) for one or more HR practice areas (Employee Relations, Hourly Recruiting, Metrics/Surveys, Policies, etc.)

      • Promotes an issue-free environment and adherence to Integer values. Ensures Associate concerns, complaints or workplace conflict is addressed and resolved timely, fairly and equitably.

      • Credibly leads organizational change initiatives.

      • Performs other duties as required.

      Education & Experience:

      • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. MBA preferred.

      • Minimum Experience: Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years managing others, supporting manufacturing or similar environment/client group.

      Knowledge & Skills:

      • Special Skills: Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP) preferred. Excellent written, communication and coaching skills. Demonstrated success balancing and executing multiple talent and change management strategies and projects in fast paced matrixed environment. Proficiency with MS Office, Web-based ATS and integrated HRIS applications; Workday experience preferred.

      • Specialized Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
