What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and ensure compliance with the Arizona Open Meeting Law
- Assist in developing multi-year regional strategic plans in collaboration with community stakeholders
- Engage communities through presentations and workshops to promote early childhood initiatives
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local officials to align early childhood goals with community priorities
- Represent the organization at regional coalitions and public forums to share information and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations, particularly in early childhood development or health programs
- Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders and local governments
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in generating financial support and developing cross-sector partnerships
- Proven track record of engaging with community volunteers and governing boards
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to travel for meetings and community engagement activities
