      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and community meetings, ensuring compliance with the Arizona Open Meeting Law
      - Assist in the development of multi-year regional strategic plans and annual funding plans that reflect regional priorities
      - Engage communities through presentations and communication strategies that promote early childhood needs
      - Develop and sustain relationships with municipal and county officials to align early childhood goals with local priorities
      - Represent the organization in regional coalitions and public forums to share information and updates on policy initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations, with a strong record in early childhood development or health programs
      - Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
      - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in generating financial support and developing cross-sector partnerships with public and private sectors
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a volunteer governing board and community volunteers
