      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and ensure compliance with the Arizona Open Meeting Law
      - Assist in the development of multi-year regional strategic plans and annual funding plans
      - Engage communities through presentations and workshops to promote early childhood initiatives
      - Develop and sustain relationships with local officials to align early childhood goals with community priorities
      - Represent the organization as a regional spokesperson on early childhood issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations
      - Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
      - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software and communication tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience generating financial support and developing cross-sector partnerships
      - Ability to work effectively with a volunteer governing board and community volunteers
      - Demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences and convey key messages clearly
