      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and assist in the strategic planning process to create multi-year regional plans
      - Engage communities through presentations and workshops to promote early childhood education and health
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government officials to align early childhood goals with community priorities
      - Support the onboarding and development of Regional Partnership Council members to enhance their effectiveness
      - Represent the employer in regional coalitions and public forums to share information and updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
      - Proven management or leadership experience in early childhood development or health programs
      - Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
      - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace

      - Experience in generating financial support and developing partnerships across sectors
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a volunteer governing board and community volunteers
      - Creative and solution-driven approach to addressing community needs
