What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively search for and identify qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions
- Conduct initial interviews via phone or online to evaluate candidates' qualifications
- Interact with potential candidates through phone, social media, and professional networks
- Maintain an up-to-date and effective candidate database to streamline recruitment efforts
- Generate leads for new business opportunities and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in recruiting, staffing sales, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on social platforms
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

- Strong computer skills to manage various recruitment tools
