      SUMMARY :

      The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing an efficient recruiting process that meets the staffing needs of Lazydays dealerships in assigned region. In this role the individual will partner with dealership hiring managers to discuss staffing needs and implement strategies to help each dealership achieve their business goals and objectives, while offering a professional and positive candidate experience.

      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

      · Responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.

      · Responsible for full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing

      · Coordinate participation in onsite interview days/career fairs including executing marketing, advertising, sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate onsite interviews.

      · Create and maintain weekly reports on recruitment activities, applicant flow and hires.

      · Collaborate with dealership hiring managers and TA Specialist to address critical staffing needs at the dealership level.

      · Responsible for ensuring that the company's recruiting practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, such as equal employment opportunity laws

      · Develops the recruitment and interview process to provide candidates with a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to hire.

      · Responsible for pre and post candidate communication

      · Responsible in managing a positive hiring manager experience

      · Utilize social media channels ie: LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. to promote Lazydays career opportunities and enhance employment brand.

      · Comfortable presenting career opportunities and Lazydays company information to large groups, with the ability to answer specific questions.

      · Completes various HR projects in a timely manner

      · Additional duties as assigned

      · Attends all required company meetings

      EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

      · High School education or equivalent required

      · Bachelor’s degree preferred

      · 5-7 years previous experience and success of full cycle recruiting for sales and technical roles.

      · Training and understanding of recruiting process, interviewing skills and managing candidate lifecycles.

      · Experience in social media tools and application of recruiting effectiveness

      · Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and vocational training partners.

      · Ability to maintain confidentiality

      · Strong organizational and communication skills required

      · Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

      · Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
