What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain Projection, Sound, AV, and IT systems for theaters
- Collaborate with Corporate IT to ensure technology standards are met
- Provide remote and on-site support for hardware and software issues
- Conduct periodic maintenance and audits of cinema equipment
- Offer basic training to theater managers and new technicians
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in a computer/technology-related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support for a mid-size organization
- Experience in networking, Windows & Microsoft Office Suite Support, and hardware installation
- Ability to travel domestically and regionally up to 75% of the time
- Valid state-issued driver's license and vehicle for use
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Point of Sales software
- 2+ years of projection experience
- Spanish language skills
