What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit and develop strong sales executives for the team
- Lead execution of the sales plan and hold the team accountable to KPIs
- Monitor market and competitor landscapes to bring strategic ideas to leadership
- Conduct sales meetings and create forecasts, reports, and business reviews
- Provide escalated support for key broker partners and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work-related experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of leadership skills, selling strategies, and employee motivation techniques
- Strong communication skills for proactive engagement with teams and partners
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
