      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for regional sales functions across the hotel portfolio
      - Lead the development and implementation of annual business and marketing plan objectives
      - Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set organizational goals and strategies for the sales function
      - Conduct ongoing research of the travel industry to identify market trends and develop new revenue strategies
      - Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies to expand the company's reach within its current customer base

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a Sales & Marketing function across multiple brands and locations
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-service hotel in a Sales & Marketing capacity
      - Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      - Strong communication skills and customer service experience
      - Willingness to travel extensively, with a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the hotel and clients

      - Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
