What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Manage and expand relationships within a $50M+ book of business with large, strategic accounts
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Directors and Account Executives
- Maintain high renewal rates while maximizing cross- and upsell opportunities across the product portfolio
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic shifts and guide decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with 5+ years in management of senior sales teams
- Expertise in SaaS finance solutions, particularly in Accounts Payable and Expense Management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing large enterprise accounts
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills at the C-level
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
