What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business development through individual contribution and management of sales teams
- Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and consultants to enhance business growth
- Manage complex negotiations and renewal processes for assigned book of business
- Provide effective presentations and educate key stakeholders on the employer's capabilities
- Support clients during open enrollments and resolve member issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 10 years of progressive sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in health benefits
- Experience working with brokers and self-funded health insurance plans
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to effectively network and communicate

- Experience in managing complex negotiations in the health benefits sector
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
- Familiarity with stop-loss insurance products
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and shape company culture
