What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and manage a team of inside and outside account executives to maximize sales revenues
- Lead execution of strategies to engage target prospect accounts in coordination with the business development team
- Establish strong relationships with key accounts and ensure excellent delivery of services
- Recruit, hire, and manage account executives, aligning team efforts with company growth goals
- Track and analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify areas for optimization and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales leadership role
- At least 7 years' experience as a sales executive in a technology environment with a proven sales track record
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and/or Hubspot
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
