- Train and mentor Account Managers to foster professional growth and ensure success
- Present the employer's value proposition to executive leaders in hospitals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of successful sales management experience in a healthcare organization
- Proven track record of attaining sales goals in a high-growth environment
- Strong strategic and tactical selling skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials; graduate degree preferred
