      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the sales strategy for Core Administration BPaaS, EPaaS, HRP, and PDM solutions within the assigned territory
      - Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including business development, proposal development, and contract negotiations
      - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure predictable deal execution and revenue growth
      - Present customer-focused demonstrations and manage the RFI/RFP process for relevant solutions
      - Report on sales status and activities, maintaining accurate records in SalesForce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
      - At least 5 years of experience selling to healthcare payors
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
      - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
      - Experience in closing large payer transactions with deals exceeding $5M in annual recurring revenue

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of payer core administrative systems
      - Some familiarity with technical areas such as SOA, Web Services, and payor interfaces
      - Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in proposal writing
