What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists
- Process financial transactions upon request from callers
- Explain past returns in relation to the economic environment while adhering to FINRA/SEC guidelines
- Assist participants in navigating the automated voice response system and website for executing transactions
- Attend meetings and training sessions, responding to managerial feedback as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred, or 1-2 years of directly related experience without a degree
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Additional customer service experience beyond the required 1 year
