What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide and supervise direct patient care while ensuring quality standards are met
- Coordinate care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct systematic data gathering, assessments, and evaluations of health problems
- Offer care and counseling to promote health and prevent illness and injury
- Execute medical regimens and support restorative care efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with experience in patient care
- Proven ability to coordinate care and manage patient education initiatives
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills in nursing practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in remote patient monitoring or home telehealth services
- Knowledge of VA healthcare systems and standards
- Advanced certifications in nursing or healthcare management
- Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth technologies
