      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit regular reports to the National Student Clearinghouse and resolve error reports promptly
      - Provide support for registration processes, including troubleshooting and responding to inquiries
      - Coordinate academic catalog updates with the Associate Registrar and academic departments
      - Generate various data and ad hoc reports as requested for the college community
      - Assist with special projects related to registrar operations and provide backup support during peak periods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of two years of experience in higher education administration, student services, or office operations
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data management
      - Strong attention to detail in data entry and verification
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience in a registrar's office or academic records environment
      - Familiarity with FERPA regulations and academic records management
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Customer service orientation with effective communication skills
