      Overview
      The Registration Manager plans, coordinates, manages and directs all areas of registration for imaging services to ensure quality, productivity and customer service. The Registration Manager is responsible for monitoring AHIQA lobby systems to ensure all patients are registered timely, oversees Point of Service collections, ensures team members close cash drawers timely, ensures daily work queues are reviewed and worked, and ensures the department is adequately staffed. This position is responsible for the oversight of business office associates at several locations.

      What you will do
      • Works with team members to provide staff education and communication including but not limited to update sessions, daily communication of information pertaining to job performance, individual coaching, counseling, skill development, staff morale and motivation. Approachable and helpful to others.
      • Demonstrates ability to create and/or view and analyze various data reports to design meaningful metrics and trend reports and implement or recommend corresponding performance improvement initiatives.
      • Department(s) under the leadership of this manager meets or exceeds quality goals.
      • Responsible for customer and employee satisfaction, complaint resolution and disposition including the measurement, evaluation, and related performance improvement actions including the measurement, evaluation, and related performance improvement actions.
      • Demonstrates flexibility to changes and adapts to varying work environments and assignments.
      • Interviews, hires and onboards new team members. Completes evaluations by due date.
      • Ensures key performance indicators are in place by monitoring work queues and reports.

      Qualifications

      Education
      • High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
      • Bachelors Degree, Related Field (Preferred)

      Experience
      • Recent relevant experience (Required)
      • Supervisory experience (Preferred)

      Licenses and Certifications
      • Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) - National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) CHAM Certification within 1-1/2 Yrs(Required)
