      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the technical expert for adjuvant registration, overseeing applications and compliance
      - Review and approve or deny pesticide and fertilizer registration applications in accordance with state laws
      - Provide scientific, technical, and administrative expertise to develop policies and procedures
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including growers and federal agencies, on registration issues
      - Respond to complex inquiries and provide technical assistance regarding pesticide regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in environmental, physical, or natural sciences, or a related field, with two (2) years of professional experience in environmental analysis or planning
      - Alternatively, a Master's degree in one of the above fields may substitute for one (1) year of required experience
      - Experience as an Environmental Specialist 2 may be considered for qualification
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and reporting
      - Familiarity with pesticide regulations and ability to interpret pesticide labels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Agriculture, Natural Resource, Environmental Sciences, or related fields
      - Professional experience in pest management or related industries
      - Experience with pesticide purchase, use, distribution, and regulatory compliance
      - Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
      - Experience with public speaking and training
