What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement RegTech solutions that automate compliance processes such as AML, KYC, and GDPR
- Enhance regulatory reporting and data management by implementing systems for efficient tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with compliance officers and legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate AI and machine learning technologies for risk detection and fraud prevention
- Monitor regulatory changes and update solutions to ensure compliance with evolving laws
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience in developing and implementing RegTech solutions
- Familiarity with AI, ML, and big data analytics for risk detection and compliance monitoring
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and KYC
- Proficiency in integrating RegTech solutions with existing systems through APIs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Law, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)
- 3+ years of experience in RegTech, financial compliance, or related roles with hands-on experience developing compliance automation tools
- Experience using AI/ML technologies for risk detection and fraud prevention
