      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement, monitor, maintain, and improve the company's Quality System
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulatory agencies
      - Facilitate quarterly meetings with medical directors for regulatory and quality updates
      - Conduct audits for departments and systems to assure compliance with regulations
      - Track and rectify any identified deficiencies post-inspection or audit events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
      - High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong aptitude for analyzing data, audit processes, and reconciling records
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior laboratory experience in a related field
      - Knowledge of industry, federal, and state regulations, as well as licensing processes
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
      - Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple processes
      - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
