What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document system requirements based on input from key business partners and technical leads
- Work with stakeholders to assess and prioritize system enhancements and business needs
- Provide oversight and support during requirements definition, systems design, data migration, and user acceptance testing
- Contribute to user education on business tools and develop training content and guidelines
- Collect and document user requirements to translate into system enhancement requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Veeva Vault RIM suite or similar software systems
- Proven experience with eCTD publishing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to collect and document user requirements
- Experience with system training and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using generative AI and agentic AI tools to enhance workflows or optimize processes
