What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare all mandatory compliance reporting to NHTSA in coordination with the Regulatory Manager
- Conduct monthly reporting to NHTSA for Manufacture Communications to Service Centers
- Research and collect data from various departments to meet NHTSA deadlines
- Communicate with the Service Department regarding qualifications, potential issues, and trends
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Government Affairs, Public Policy, Regulatory Compliance, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment as processes are being developed
- Interest in sustainable mobility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce and TeamConnect
- Experience in regulatory compliance within the automotive or related industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of federal and international compliance regulations
- Strong analytical skills for data research and reporting
