What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve product packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards
- Maintain awareness of industry-standard labeling practices and relevant regulations
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding project status and labeling updates
- Manage labeling artwork pieces in accordance with change management processes
- Assist with tracking metrics related to labeling and escalate any regulatory issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 0-2 years of related industry experience with exposure to a regulatory environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and various project management software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or Veterinary Technician
- Experience with designer software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Quality Management Systems
- Strong research and critical thinking skills
