What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the regulatory review, registration, and tracking of new and existing product lines including cosmetics, personal care, and consumer goods
- Ensure flawless execution of compliance processes, including label reviews and data management
- Support and coordinate the documentation and submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist and other team members
- Manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a detail-oriented manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, fragrance, consumer products, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with skills in vLookups and creating formulas
- Strong data analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
