What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure regulatory compliance and administrative management for multiple clinical trials
- Collaborate closely with investigators, industry sponsors, and contract research organizations
- Organize complex projects while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication
- Apply knowledge of local policies and federal regulations in support of clinical trial objectives
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations and conduct for human research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in clinical research related to FDA Regulatory Affairs, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of research experience
- Minimum of 3 years clinical research experience with proficiency in relevant functional areas of clinical trials
- Ability to obtain CRS certification within 2 years of hire
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in study planning/development, regulatory start-up, and maintenance of clinical trials
- Prior work with pharmaceutical sponsors or institutional research teams
- Familiarity with federal regulations and guidelines related to human research
