- Pay: $14 - $16 hourly DOE
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
- Shift Differential Eligible
- Extra $1.75 an hour if you work at least 3 hours at a time between 3PM-11PM
- Extra $2.00 an hour if you work at least 3 hours at a time between 11PM-7AM
- Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available!

- Assisting residents with the operation of rehabilitative services in their treatment plan
- Coordinating care with internal and outside providers
- Modeling and teaching independent living skills
- Assisting clients with tasks that due to their disabilities they can not accomplish
- Inspecting apartments to ensure that client living spaces meet program standards
- Transporting clients in Valley Behavioral Health Vehicles
- Planning group activities and outings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1-year of experience working with people with disabilities

Experience working as a Medical Liason or similar/related position (Preferred)
- 401k with 5% match (90 days eligibility)

The Pheasant Hollow Program has 20 apartments that help adults ages 18 and older who have physical disabilities and are on the New Choices Waiver Program. The program helps clients learn the skills they need to be as independent as they are able and supports them in rebuilding a meaningful life. Staff can work with residents on exercises that have been ordered by a therapist to increase or maintain ability, balance, strength, and safety.
