What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Assist with monthly and annual financial closings
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment inquiries
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate recording
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
