      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Remote Assist Specialists supporting development testing across a 24/7 operation
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on internal tools, ensuring data integrity and testing quality
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for safety and quality improvements
      - Manage scheduling and planning, facilitating seamless daily handoffs across regions and shifts
      - Drive continuous process improvement and identify operational risks during testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in remote assistance, fleet operations, or a high-tempo technical environment
      - Proven experience leading teams through change and managing operational expansions
      - Strong judgment and communication skills for high-pressure situations
      - Ability to quickly master complex software tools and train others effectively
      - Flexibility for day, night, and weekend work as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in operations, technology, autonomous vehicles, or a similar field
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
      - Experience in scheduling, managing performance goals, and vacation requests
      - Solid written and verbal communication skills with audience adaptability
      - Intermediate technical aptitude and ability to learn new software applications
