What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve various trigger requests from autonomous vehicles in a timely manner
- Safely send remote commands to vehicles during on-road and closed course testing
- Log real-time feedback regarding vehicle autonomy and platform performance for engineering teams
- Triage and review remote assist workflows related to performance metrics and compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of self-driving technology and operational changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to focus on a laptop while monitoring proprietary tools for vehicle operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean driving record
- Availability to work day or night shifts, including regular overtime and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in operations, technology, customer service, or the automotive field
- Proficiency in G-Suite and command line interfaces
- Interest and aptitude for technology tools, including apps and creative software
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
