What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff members
- Support and train caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supervising RBTs or technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset and cultural responsiveness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in diverse clinical settings
- Additional certifications related to behavioral analysis
- Previous experience in a mentorship or leadership role
