      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate progress and updates between supervisors, direct care staff, and family members
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor work advancement
      - Ensure effective implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan
      - Organize training for staff to ensure competency in behavioral interventions and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience in behavioral intervention or strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology
      - Reliable transportation for home and community visits
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and moving between seated and standing positions
      - State-specific credentials based on the location of employment (e.g., BCBA, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or relevant master's degree)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing positive behavioral supports, including writing behavior support plans and conducting functional assessments
      - Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
      - Additional certifications relevant to behavioral health and integrated care
