      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians regarding individual progress
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor work advancement
      - Ensure effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
      - Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and complete monthly or quarterly progress notes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
      - Reliable transportation for conducting home, work, and community-based visits
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and moving from seated to standing regularly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in learning and developmental psychology
      - Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis reflected on resume or transcript
      - Familiarity with behaviorally based interventions and techniques
      - Master’s degree in a human-related field (for specific state requirements)
