What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and follow up with members who have requested information
- Provide exceptional customer service on a one-on-one basis
- Ensure that each member understands their benefits and available resources
- Work independently and as part of a team to better service different members and entities
- Conduct interviews via Zoom and Zoom webinars to prioritize staff and applicant safety during COVID-19
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a team player
- Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily
- Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Customer service or customer relationship experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional years of customer service or sales experience
- Knowledge of the benefits industry
- Experience in remote work or virtual customer service
