What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
- A state life insurance license is required, but Michigan applicants may apply without one as assistance is provided for the licensing process
- Previous sales or insurance experience is helpful, but not mandatory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in insurance
- Familiarity with virtual meeting software, such as Zoom
