What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service
- Handle primarily inbound phone calls from clients, averaging around 30 calls per day
- Provide assistance to clients via email, mail, and text
- Support clients in enrolling and managing their debt management programs
- Review client information and communicate effectively with creditors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 1 year of customer service and call center experience
- Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using a headset to handle phone calls
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
