      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services
      - Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
      - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
      - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
      - Understand the State Farm Agency model and market area operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Prior insurance experience with State Farm or a related insurance field
      - Active Arizona Property and Casualty license
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and effectively relate to customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Insurance Sales Experience, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
      - Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
      - Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
